Just arrived home. Got the case! I am absolutely delighted to say the case has far exceeded my expectations. Its lighter, more practical, and as you say utterly unique in every respect. The precision,yet hand crafted nature, makes it a truly beautiful item which I'm now both extremely proud to own and use. I don't doubt in 10 - 15 years I will be asking for you to repair it as a result of continual use with pride. Certainly well worth waiting for. I offer you every endorsement and wish to say thank-you for your efforts and, without hesitation, I gladly recommend you to anyone requiring the skills to create or repair their most cherished leather belongings.

I have been trying to find someone with the knowledge and skill to undertake this task for two years! I cant thank you enough for your services and the quality of work you provided, also with the communications I received from you and the speed you managed to complete the work and return the Flask to me.
